https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_osQvkeNRM Stephen Frys take on swearing, I completely agree with him! What is wrong with swearing? I don't understand the snobbery about it.

The swearing doesn't bother me, but I was really shocked that they managed to make a prgramme that could be shown at 8.00 pm!

Some people just don't like swearing in a casual conversation. I only use bad language when I'm angry, and when talking about something that has been directed at me that makes me feel angry.

Most of them swear when they have space to fill with noise. Hopkins, Nadia and Patsy rarely swore because they had better words in their arsenal.
Callum is like a swear word machine lacking the intelligence of a co-herant sentence.
Pricey does it when she is nervous.

In between is Perez who can offer coherent sentences, but swears for effect.

I certainly don't remember it being so bad last year.”

I'm in your camp.

I want to know why the Americans are so foul mouthed. Okay, we're warned about the use of offensive language, that's probably so that the Channel 5 switchboard isn't overloaded with complaints from the public, but just because we're warned doesn't mean that it's acceptable to the degree that we've been subjected to over the last few weeks.

I don't think the swearing is any worse from the Americans in there is it? Kav, Callum to name just two have done their fair share as well. Even Cheggers has had his potty mouthed moments.

Personally it's the unkindness of some people that bothers me a lot more.
