Because they couldn't have had Perez going before the final, and he probably would have against Katie P and Keith.

I'm delighted that they put the four of them up because it's changed the dynamic within the house and exposed the wallies, sycophants, users and bullies even more. Could you imagine if Perez, Keith or Price left and we had to suffer that group of morons high fiving each other for a day or two?

cbb are a trying to make as much money out of votes as possible therefore they are not going to loose the top three (voted for) housemates so fixed it to include Cami

The protocol on which nominees are up is non-existent.
The PTB decide who is up after the nomination process has taken place.
It would be nice if there was both consistency and transparency but then it would also be nice if Santa Claus existed and we could all ride to work on unicorns.
