But as far as the producers are concerned they seem to think we all want to see the Perez and Katie H Show and thus the HLs and SOTS concentrate on those two and only feature the other HMs when they interact with them

If Perez and Hopkins weren't there BB would have to rely wholly on tasks to fill the show. Even those who hate him in the house know that the pressure is off for them to be entertaining.

This is spot on - he was a nightmare in the beginning but he was giddy and excited to be there and wanted attention. As the gang decided to ostracise him, he decided to do exactly what they didn't expect....get louder and more cocky and more annoying. I really enjoyed listening to the measured conversations he has had with some people and I think he is very intelligent (yes, I really do), a great judge of character and very insightful about people and their personalities.

It is the choice of BB to show what they show - the fact that so much of it is Perez can't really be blamed on him.
