Thanks to someone else posting the videos I've just seen the Day 9 video of Michelle stirring up the ostrscisation of Perez. This was before Alexgate ever happened. I'm quite cross these clips weren't shown in the hls. However, they've completely reinforced something I've thought for some time that was reinforced last night.

'You knew me before too!!!' Remember this from Michelle lsst night? For many of us it immediately recalled their first conversation, where Michelle moaned that she'd had him on her Radio show and he hadn't stayed in touch.

Michelle, in my opinion, is deeply resentful of Perez's success. Her sense of ownership over her 'community' also fits perfectly into this narrative. How dare he succeed and not pay her due deference. I think it might well have bern more a case of Michelle pulling Katie H's strings all along than vice versa. No-one wss more disgusted than Michelle when Katie and Perez were chasing each other around the kitchen.

My feeling now is that Michelle keeping company with the bigoted Hopkins probably gave her a skewed impression of British public opinion about Americans and the LGBT commmunity. So her tears in the diary room about Perez setting back gay rights was possibly based on Hopkins reinforcing impressions she might have about Brits being narrowminded on LGBT issues. I'm guessing that this is what gave her the confidence to encourage isolating the loud American and to ensure that other HMS knew that despite their relationship before the show, they were not friends.

I remember Cami Li spitting that one out in an argument the house had over Perez in the early days. Visage was quite clear that the two of them weren't going to get on in the house so I don't know why she's acting as if he's betrayed her by choosing Price's friendship over hers.

The Hopkins influence would also confirm why every foolish thing Perez did was immediately framed by her as being detrimental to gay rights. The time Perez was condemned for breathing on Alex's food really did smell of homophobia and led to his he homophobic slurs. Michelle should have been able to spot that from the get go but it was forgotten in the house's tearful drama of blaming Perez for Alex's departure. And she joined in with it instead of holding Alex responsible for what he had said. Naturally, this fuelled Hopkins narrative of the ghastly American gay pushing the "Big Man's" buttons.

I'm more disappointed in Michelle than anyone else in that house. She seemed like she was going to be such a great housemate and she's completely let herself down by aligning herself with someone so vicious and cruel. That doesn't mean I think she should have sided with Perez either but I presumed she's take a more motherly role in the house and stood back from it all. I certainly didn't see her as being one of the main instigators in ostracising someone from the group. I'm also quite taken back by her claims that Perez is somehow making setbacks for the LGBT community, that doesn't seem very supportive at all, whether she likes him or not he is a part of that community in a way she is not and never will be.

As I say, just so disappointed. I even said I thought she'd win given my first impressions of her but she's come across as such a hypocrite.

I have done a complete 360 on michelle , she is very patronising with her ' I'm doing it for the Gay community speech ' she wheels out all the time , Perez for once was right to call her out on it ,

Me too with the 360 on Michelle. She was a promising new housemate (one I didn't know beforehand) at the start but has made choices I don't like.

He's also orovably wealthiest (only he and KP can compete) and probably must successful in there. Has the most public exposure. Is his own boss. And as he keeps on telling them is the most highly paid in the house fir a reason.

Michelle has said a few times, sniff sob, about her expectation of her and Perez standing together for the "LBGT community". Pity she hadn't informed Perez of this fantasy. This was after he dared to nominate her. She thought no such thing. What she did want was to hang onto his shirt tails of fame and gain recognition for herself. I think Perez's outburst last night pretty well sums up what he knows and believes about her. She is very bitter about him for some reason so jealousy could be a factor.
KH was quiet until Michelle divided the house, she needed back up as she's a coward and jumped on board. After her ridiculous outburst about the not so innocent Alex, she started the isolation, demanding Perez and anyone who entertained him (Nadia in particular) be isolated from the gang.

What a beautiful photo. I would think any child with a Dad like Perez would have a very happy childhood. He's very much in touch with his inner fun loving child.

I think she is very jealous and resentful of his success and you could see a hint of that in the very beginning of the show when she spoke with Perez and more or less asked him what his problem with her was because she never heard from him once he got famous. She has since mentioned that when he was starting out she had him on her radio show and they emailed each other.

Perez is more famous in America than Michelle is. That is a fact. Perez has become quite mainstream in that he guests on many mainstream and primetime shows as some kind of "expert" on celebrity news. He has guest hosted The View which I gather is similar to Loose Women.

I had no clue who Michelle Visage was until CBB. When I heard her resume it did ring a bell when RuPaul's drag show was mentioned. But because I've heard of RuPaul. I have never seen the show, wouldn't know what station runs it. Michelle is my age group and seems we both experienced the 80's at the same time. Never heard of her music so it wasn't that successful. When I saw the video linked here somewhere I saw a Madonna wannabe.

For the record I think Perez is vile. His blog is disgusting and he is a pig. It bothers me to see how frequently he is invited as guest on mainstream tv. But he was always a pig and Michelle liked and, in her own words, supported that pig was he was getting started. It's only when he got too famous for her insignificant self that she took offense. THAT and her relationship with Hopkins tells you all you need to know about Michelle Visage.

For balance I also think Katie Hopkins is vile and disgusting. And her hypocrisy really annoys me as she makes me view Perez as an underdog. They are both famous for being pigs. I really hope in the end people remember that so that neither of them win and we don't have another Helen situation.

Excellent post - agree with every word. It gets tiresome trying to explain over and over again that criticising Hopkins or Michelle does not a Perez fan make.

What a revolting post. In what way has he failed as a father? As a human being?
