I feel you OP
They say PH has 'made' this show but he just fills my hate-hump and leaves me depressed at the world not good, wish he'd been thrown out from the off They need the big finale tho, the one who'll ping off the walls gush and cry about it So just give him his crown and let's be done with it |

Why are so many posts about Perez being deleted??????? It seems to be just the anti-Perez ones.
Do DS mods love him or something? Hopkins is a bully and a bigot...aggressive, inflexible qualities. |

Yes I know I don't have to watch it but I will see it through now.
Only wish I had packed it in after the first night because its been rather horrible, nasty and only a few rare moments have actually entertained me. ![]() Anyone else share my pain? |

For me this series peaked about a week ago, i.e. was very entertaining with Perez's dry humping of the garden chair and window!
I like him for his entertainment value only. I have not enjoyed (and am horrified) that Hopkins has somehow found popularity; if people resonate with such comments as 'isolate the bastard' and her declaring that she intends to persecute Perez until he leaves...then I despair of their mindset. It takes a certain type of person to find that acceptable.Along with so many FMs here, I feel there has been far too much conflict, tension, distress and unhappiness to enjoy this series of CBB. The fun factor was hugely missing. OK so they had one party - big deal... The reason why so many HMs wanted to leave is that there was not enough relief from the tension. Would have been far better to have focused more on the fun side, perhaps though that requires an element of shared goodwill and this is what has been lacking. |

I stopped watching on Monday and deleted the season pass on my Freeview box. Sick to death of the same old arguments.
Is this 10000 BC thing worth a go? I prefer real people on these shows, especially if they aren't all media-trained. |

It has been hard going at times and some laughs would be welcome but Perez has been fascinating viewing for me, I know some cant stand him but he has been the show for me this year and far less nasty than most of them in there.

Like Blue Streak above I too stopped watching regular BB in recent years but watched last year and bc of that i've given up on it again. Always loved the CBBs until now and if Katie Hopkins wins this I promise myself that's enough. No more. They can poke it where no sun will shine.

SHE is the one to blame for the nastiness of the house. Yes, Perez is annoying and has some qualities that often seem to undermine him, but Hopkins has TRASHED him verbally and not just him but several of the other housemates just for her own pleasure and to further her game plan. I would have like to see Perez in a house which didn't also include Hopkins, just to see how far he would have gone without her beating him down at every turn. She has earned him a lot of sympathy from people who might have loathed him without her bullying. Or he might not have been so volatile, who knows. I'll be very glad when it's over, I'm sick of it now. As usual I end up hating all of them.

It's too addictive. The secret is don't start watching at all. I did it for a year, fell off the wagon and I'm finished completely after this. It's got far worse than it ever was now.

I know there are plenty of reasons to dislike Perez but I can't find it in myself to do so. I think that's because of my deep loathing of Hopkins and her sneering, belittling demeanour towards anyone she finds beneath her. She isn't content to merely to complain, she needs to emotionally destroy her adversaries and I find that intolerable.

To be honest I'm glad Perez is in the house as he is treating the show with the contempt it deserves.
![]() After all, I started out liking Michelle but now probably dislike her the most because all hope of her behaving nobly went down the pan. Meanwhile, Perez fits the "if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck" remit of CBB raging nonsense and takes the pee of the show while doing it. |

Its hard to pretend its been great. In terms of conflict its been 'always on', and indeed a bit of conflict does help to make a good series, but the problem with this series is that its been all conflict and very little else.
In order for the conflict to mean anything we need to see the house get along peacefully! We need to see individual relationships and how they fit together in the group & sub groups, then we need to see these people united and divided, We need to see trust earned and betrayed, we need to see them get SO familiar that they all drop their guard and THEN the magic happens. This series never really got off the starting blocks, and I blame Parez. |

I switched off nearly 2 weeks ago cold turkey apart from letting off steam on forum. Never had to do that on cbb before but I could not bear one more second of vile Perez and the tension and pain he causes around him. The people who have survived a month locked up with him deserve medals!

I pretty much go against the grain of the majority so it is no shock I have loved this series.
Yes they needed normal noms, yes hopkins should have had multiple warnings for being a bully, and yes it needed more fun put in the episodes ..the fun clips are available on website but they felt they needed to cut these out of the highlight shows but all n all I have found this fascinating viewing and the irony is anyone who loves the idea of a so called experiment side of BB should have found it equally fascinating analysing how each housemate dealt with the biggest egos in CBB history. This series has held its head high in ratings and for the odd few here who claim they give up on it there is a bigger new viewership for grabs. I always find it mind boggling when someone claims they will never watch again if HM A or B wins,or the show was so boring they are done with it because every series is so different from each other, maybe it is just that you have outgrown the show? |

I stopped watching when Nadia left . Don't miss it one bit . Then again I always stop watching BB when it gets too nasty and repetitive . Just have a quick look at the forum now and again .

I haven't stopped watching completely, but my interest has waned considerably. I just want to see who wins now, although I know I'm probably going to be disappointed in the outcome. I've found this series quite draining really; both the drama in the house and the opinions of some viewers on said drama.
I do feel at a stalemate with BB in general after this series and the last civillian series. I might give the next celeb series a go, depending on the lineup, but it's looking increasingly more likely that I won't bother. I definitely won't bother with the civilian series at all. |

I can understand you didn't like the series but there's no point in blaming any particular cast member, whether that's Perez, Katie Hopkins or one of the bit part players.

I have it on but pay little attention. Very addictive the first week but bored of the same old same old.
The problem this year is the focus on Perez and Hopkins. Neither should win because we shouldn't reward their behaviour but we haven't seen enough of the others outside of the Perez n Hopkins manipulation to justify them winning. |
