I think you've forgotten tomorrow is the last proper episode... and that shows todays goings on.
Katie's reaction to Perez's eviction in tomorrows episode could be that winning card in the deck. Especially If she gets that closing diary room scene.

To be honest I think we/they have and I won't at all be surprised if she wins even now her easy-target has gone.
