Much as I agree, he didn't answer - I do feel it is rather odd that some are making a big issue of this and yet nobody's asked any other housemate who left 'why didn't you defend Alicia against Katie H'? He wasn't the only HM who didn't, it's unfair to blame him for what happened - at the end of the day Katie H and those who joined in are adults and responsible for their actions, nasty as they were.

Nobody's asked Perez, Cami, Nadia or Patsy why they didn't stand up for Alicia, for example. Why make that particular point an issue to do with Kav alone? Will they be asking Keith et al the same question on exit?

Yes, same here.

I think Kav is someone who suffers from low self esteem, not a shock considering how he had a pretty good career then all of a sudden he went from someone being pretty successful to not being on anyone's radar. The thing with low self esteem is, it can sometimes be easier to sit back and let someone else get *picked* on because you're just happy that it's not you that's the target of the venom being spewed.

Kavana saw which way the house was falling and he chose Katie H's side, he didn't want to deal with any criticism being launched his way and it was easier to join in with the mean girls because that meant their attention was being focused elsewhere and not on him. I'm not saying everyone who has low self esteem deals with it in the same way, far from it, I've always had it but have fought against the urge to sit back and let other people get targeted just because it's easier for me to do so but some people aren't able to do that.

I think he has a lot of issues that he needs to work on, it feels like alcohol is a problem in his life that definitely needs to be resolved. He uses it as a crutch to gain confidence and he's going down a very dangerous road relying on a bottle of vodka to give him something that he is missing.
