Did I hear right .... He said he spoke to his sister and she suggested sleeping pills. There is soooooo much we've not seen. What's the point of the show if they are not isolated from the "outside world".

After leaving the house .....................why are people looking to make something of it. There is an hour between shows - he has no one there - he called his sister!

Just making a point. He said his sister suggested he ask for sleeping pills as he wasn't sleeping, so he was still in the house at the time

No, you misunderstood.
He said he had been taking sleeping pills the last week but that he has spoken to his sister since leaving the house anf she said he should have started taking them sooner.
He said "I was able to get on the phone to my sister earlier, just before... And I said I wish I had the thought of asking the doctor for sleeping pills early on".
His sister didn't suggest it.
