He says both KH and Keith want to win but not done it in an effective way. He says the reason he wants Callum to win is because he has done it in an effective way - he has manoeuvred the murky waters of the house in a way where he has been true to himself, not been afraid etc etc

I thought that too. She can't have the same good traits as Callum then in Perez eyes i.e. true to herself, not afraid of anything, genuine, able to get through the dark waters of BB in a good way. He obviously rates Callum more than the others and even though he and Callum have had some bust ups of all bust ups he obviously rates him

I can see him thinking that way, and maybe he's playing some of the voters effectively.
