I totally agree.....Not one person on that Botts programme picked the slimeball up on his treatment to Alex.....Have they all forgotten how such a lovely guy felt he HAD to leave the show because of him !!
Alex was no angel - Perez gave as good as he got - it was Alex's choice to leave the house - he was a bore anyway - I am glad he walked.

Two subsets of the Believers, I think.
The first are some long time fans who need to hold on to an ideal, The Show is (probably) too big a part of their lives, but having made the commitment, they stick with it while posting hopeful 'Back to Basics' appeals. A bit like religious folk who find comfort in their faith.
The second set are newer, younger, and easily swayed. They get over-excited in having a cause and are blindly fervent (so OTT they are most likely to pick up bans here). You could probably get them to vote on TOWIE if the producers told them they could influence the storylines by spending money on their faves.
I'm one of those that believed in the beginning I even voted in BB2 (never since)

The doubts started creeping in slowly but surely over time but by BB7 was when i truly started waking up to the 'Diary room' led behaviour shall we say and then it was just a case of the manipulation becoming more and more Blatent until we got to where we are Today on C5 where the whole thing has become Scripted BS and non of it in there is even remotely real

Perez not only makes the series The Perez Show but destroys the hapless producers at the same time.

Priceless!!!
Think that's why he went in the house, it's Perez's story shutting them down.

Perez tweeted

@sinittaofficial @pelcid @RealDeniseWelch @KTHopkins The show should have let me go then, when I tried to leave. The truth will come out.
pity they didnt let him go earlier then we would have enjoyed it more

The funny thing about all this is that Perez is a multi millionaire and doesn't need to keep on board with the producers. He can say whatever he likes and they have no way of gagging him or buying him off.
Perez can't say anything he wants if the contract he signed has a gagging clause in it

They can gag him in the UK but not America, he can say whatever he wants without any issues.

Yes BB7 was a good eye opener, by BB11 (Josie Gibson year) and last on C4, they were open about storylines, and even executive producers defended having a 'soap style' approach.
With C5 it's been pretty blatant throughout, which is why I've come down to just watching the CBB obvious panto, and not getting wrapped up in the fake standard BB.
I haven't seen the footage of what he said but will tonight - however, Perez is a wind up merchant with a victim complex every situation he was in in the house was someone elses fault in his head. He was constantly twisting situations.

So I will watch the interview but know who it is saying the words.

And by the way - BB have always manipulated the house - its the point of the show!
Too true. The second editing happens, which it must if there's no live feed, then it becomes skewed. And doesn't Rylan wear an earpiece on BOTS? Certainly Emma appeared to. One night she said a word which she said she didn't know was right or not and within seconds she said that it was right, as if it had been confirmed through an earpiece. If that is the case then maybe BB producers wanted the line of probing to continue. They may well have been feeding Rylan the questions to ask. Perhaps prolonging the manipulation. It is called 'twisted' fairytale after all. I must admit I was worried the moment I heard it was called that. Still love it though. Just hope the civilian version's not quite so twisted in the summer.

I think Rylan thought Perez would sound silly and he could let him say it, then he realised Perez ain't stupid and the look was one of awkward pleading with his head probably thinking a dozen thoughts, one of which would be....'if I shut him down people will complain, if I don't shut him down production will berate me...' In other words he was caught in the middle.

It confirmed to me that Perez even in his post eviction state is still extremely media savvy, and Rylan was owned...

I love Perez!
Maybe they should have listened to Nadia, she did say Perez is highly intelligent. And that he is deep and can talk about many, many, things....But Rylan is not very bright and is out of his depth with Perez.

Oh this is fantastically funny! I agree with those saying there should be an apology in with it, his treatment last night was shocking.
And how about his treatment of certain housemates. I really can't understand anyone who has sympathy fir this vile piece of work. Even before CBB his internet posts were vindictive and downright nasty

I hope they will apologise for his treatment on Botts whilst they're at it.
There was a young woman on last night's after-show that was really mean. Evil looking trollope - am I allowed to say that?

This is it. There's an intelligence deficit in the BOTS after-show presenter, which it's hard for Perez to make up if you see what I mean.

Let's not compare Perez to someone who has actually won the show as chosen by the public.

This is a man who threatened Ken, he described Ken as a cancer, he harassed Alexander to the point he wouldn't even let him sleep, he stripped down to his pants and pretended to have sex with various objects in the garden, he threatened to shove his d*** up Calum's arse, he asked Hopkins to perform a sex act on him, he described being ostracized in the house to AIDS sufferers in African in the 90's.
Don't forget he described being in the House as more traumatic then when his father died. Yuk. Just...yuk.

The producers always try to encourage housemates to stay. They want to protect their investments. They tried to get Leo Sayer to stay - yes, really that desperate!

Perhaps the cancer comment was a joke? He did seem very affected and frightened by Ken, which I did find odd.

They didn't try very hard, all he wanted was a few pairs of clean y-fronts.
