Yes, I understand why mischievous people might want him to win in the interest of winding people up.

But now he's gone, the sheer number of "What did he do wrong?" posts is alarming, and I think its very indicative of a society that doesn't want to take responsibility for their actions.

My advice? Watch the series from the start, and when the part in your brain clicks that his behaviour was not acceptable, rewind and watch it again, eventually your brain will click a second time and you'll realise that when you behave in this way there WILL be consequences, people are entitled to, and WILL hold it against you!

If you are very lucky, people may give you another chance in the future, but you have to accept that this will be on their terms, you can't expect easing up being a ****tard to be like flicking a switch.

I am actually pleased to see an example of someone lying in the bed they've made themselves, rather than avoiding in on the basis of a BS half assed repentance.

I couldn't agree more.

How the words Perez and victim can be mentioned in the same sentence, as they often are, is beyond me.

I totally agree. The first 10 days were particularly bad.

Should be poor other housemates and poor People having to take his abuse in the diary room

Yes he brought a lot of it on himself....however, he was desperate to leave so behaved provocatively in order to get nominated. Unfortunately that did not happen.

Can you doubt that the man really suffered in there? I guess whether you have the ability to admit that (or detect it) may rest on the level of bias you have towards him. I can tell genuine from fake...there are giveaways, i.e. the look in the eyes, the tone of the voice. Many here have also witnessed that Perez was indeed suffering.

It's all those people who have an ounce of compassion in their souls. Perez was hounded, goaded, ostracised by one person, who led the weak into her little 'gang' to further humiliate. Given that Perez is an admitted exhibitionist, how else would you expect him to act?

Would you have preferred him to bow down to the peer pressure in the house, or act out?

You really should have made this thread about the despicable hopkins, not Perez.

The key point is that he brought that suffering upon himself!

Katie Hopkins has been the closest thing to a normal person that BB (in any guise) has seen in a long time!

Perez Hilton has always been a spectacularly vile little man. He went into the house to show people he had changed. He really only confirmed that leopard will never change his spot.

The key point is that he provoked HMs in order to get nominated because he was suffering and wanted to leave!

No - that was not his motive. He said he went in there because he had been doing his job for 10 years but that no one knew who he was, i.e. it was for fame not to show he had changed.

But he wasn't nasty to anyone to begin with. Even Cami-li said in her interview what made her first dislike him was that he spoke to her in interview mode. That's when people first started leaving the room when he entered, just because he was loud and spoke to people in an irritating way, constantly asking questions...I can see how that would be extremely annoying, but not how that means he brought the suffering upon himself.

Are you serious?. You make a thread about how terrible Perez is while also being a Hopkins fan, the one person who has started more arguments and said the most hateful stuff more than anyone.

Perez was a buffoon, Hopkins is just manipulative and evil.

The majority of viewers who watch for the entertainment are not dumb enough to waste money voting, and a tiny minority of viewers go to the eviction shows. What makes you think that people who waste money voting for HMs they don't even know and attending these eviction shows to stand and boo at people they don't know are normal people? Often those idiots boo the winner too or have you forgotten those times?

I don't agree. The reason I say KH is the most normal, is because normal people have, and express opinions, some nice, some nasty, some out-of-order, some crazy.

On TV, or on even the slightest element of a public stage, people behave differently - no one dares to express an opinion without carefully censoring themselves as offending anyone is seen as the ultimate Sin. If you wan't to pretend this is 'reality' you are deluding yourself. It is nothing but a charade.

KH, by design or otherwise, simply doesn't conform to this charade. She expresses her opinions without prejudice - just like a normal person does when they talk to another normal person.
