People crack jokes all the time using sarcasm. Are you saying 'ooh I knew a grumpy old man once, so it's offensive to joke or be sarcastic about grumpy old men'?!

She can insult anyone at will but no one else is allowed to say anything negative to her 'gang'. I'm pretty bad with quotes but Katie. Hopkins saying it's not about looks when she speaks about people, then saying something about Perez being over weight.. Also being nice to Alicia's face (after all the rows) and then using things that Alicia said to her as a friend to later belittle her, about learning shapes and what not. Also the numerous jibes about alicia's breast surgery..

Pretty sure she's had something negative to say about every housemate behind their back.
