Some see it as bullying, some see it as honesty. It's all down to personal boundaries. To me, calling Alicia thick is honesty. If she had taunted to her and been consistently rude, then bullying. But she actually said in the DR that she was doing this in purpose to give her air time, and to hopefully keep her in over Perez as someone who would stand up to her. Katie is a clever woman, a game player also, whether people are able to accept it or not.
