Apparently it's a record fee which was more than the 400k Kellie Maloney received.

It was in the press that Hopkins was getting 400k for her fee, was in the same press that mentioned KP was getting 500k

Perhaps that's another reason for her to dislike Pricey - and she will REALLY rip into her in her article when she exits.

Blimey - if that is true then the jealousy will eat her up that she has been paid less!

That article I read was before the show started so Pricey hadn't signed up by that point. It's possible she's getting more.

The pay of (some of) this year’s Celebrity Big Brother 2015 housemates has apparently been revealed.



At the start of the series we saw 14 brand new housemates enter the CBB 2015 house and their pay varies wildly.

At the top end is rent-a-gob Katie Hopkins who is rumoured to be getting a whopping £400,000 for her stay.

It makes her one of the highest-paid celebrity contestants EVER on the show in its fifteen-series history.

However her fee has since been eclipsed by the rumoured £500,000 given to Katie Price, who has skipped the first week.

She revealed before going in that bosses had originally planned for her to take part in the summer series later on in the year.

Also cashing in from their appearances was said to be Baywatch hunk Jeremy Jackson, getting £100,000 on paper, although it’s unlikely he’ll get close to that amount – if anything – after being kicked out.



Still in the house however, Jeremy’s former fellow American housemate Perez Hilton is reported to have signed a £150,000 deal.

Other celebs who entered the house last night and understood to have agreed big pay deals are soap stars Patsy Kensit and Nadia Sawalha.

But at the other end of the scale, model Calum Best is getting a relatively small £50,000 for entering the house.

However that’s more than still twice as much as poor Kieth Chegwin is said to be making with the TV personality and comic apparently getting just £20,000 to take part in the new series.

Also in the house are models Cami Li and Chloe Goodman, singers Alexander O’Neal and Kavana, plastic surgery addict Alicia Douvall and former Corrie actor Ken Morley.
