It does not matter what she says or does, how she acts, everyone else has apologists, but anyone who so much as shows a glimmer of respect for KH and they are tarred stupid, gullible and evil!

I think Kav nailed it on the head.... she is a fairly ok egg, problem is that she is also extremely short of patience to people that don't fit into her mindset of acceptable behaviour..... BUT... in her defence, she does take all the shit that is given her in pretty good grace.
