So reading this thread is the highlight of your 'reading experience' throughout this whole 'CBB Winter 15'?

Much as I appreciate you sharing your belief that it is stupid I think I will allow Ofcom to decide whether my complaint is stupid or not.

I don't want to see the CBB producers take this kind of partisan stance again against any future housemate. If I send them a letter I don't think they will take any notice! So the little thing I can do I I will do.

Good luck with that

It was an opinion, hardly bullying.

In the 15 minutes since the show ended I wrote this post and posted it here. I have Ofcom open in my browser, and I will formulate the same points to contact Ofcom but with a more appropriate use of language. It's done. Look out for their response.”

Sign it from me too.
I don't usually feel like Ofcom, but I watched last nights bots and the guests in the house and wow how disgusting. Not professional at all.

Regardless of peoples thoughts on a person - The BB producers have a DUTY to look after the well being of house mates whilst in the house and immediately after whilst conducting interviews for them and the like.
Tonight was like watching some sort of Hunger Games ...... YES Perez is an arse hole and YES he isnt too well liked BUT that does not excuse a GAMESHOW to enable it so someone from the OUTSIDE can come in and then sit and attack him like that ...... If the housemates have issues with him fair enough they have lived with him but that man has not so has NO right to sit there and spout that crap.
I would be saying the same thing if it were anyone else.

As for calling Offcom .... Maybe it is a bit too far but to some its not. I personally would not complain because your voice is heard more when they look at the ratings ..... In other words when you switch OFF and stop watching.

I think allowing anyone to talk to any housemate like that is pretty low at best, and reprehensible at worst.

The fact it was Perez seems to somehow make it acceptable. While I understand the dislike for Perez (but don't agree with it) he doesn't deserve to be treated with the contempt he has been. Especially by low end 'celebs' like Jordan, Bullard and Zissman.

Eamonn Holmes has always been annoying, and should really know better, but he loves the notoriety. How about him going into the next CBB, and let us see how he copes..?

If they get sued for housemates suffering trauma, then that's the end of Big Brother, because most housemates could say the same, it can't be disproved.

They had a task where outside presenter Eamon Holmes came in an interviewed the housemates who on previously on Bit on the Side has expressed his dislike of Perez. He was allowed to bring a guest who could ask questions. Some nobody I've never heard of called James Jordan. He then went on a rant at Perez. Outsiders going into the house have a lot of power and this was just a verbal onslaught with Holmes sitting back, being fat and enjoying it the housemates too. Then the same thing happened with Jim Davidson. Perez, was holding it but he was absolutely distraught. He seemed demolished. I would not be surprised if he did something silly in the next year.

Without a doubt the CBB producers would have spoken to their guests before so would have an idea of their opinions so why did they think it okay for one guest to be insulted this way. Without a doubt their are celebrities who would feel angry to other housemates.

Regardless of whether you love him or hate him, Perez is a human being. Much as I dislike Kate Hopkins I have the ability to understand that it is an edited programme and if I saw her in the street I would not insult her thinking it is my place to make her accountable for some perceived crime was committed on a TV programme.

This whole series has been great for Channel 5 because of the ratings but it is a series that has celebrated bullying. This was shameful and properly the CBB producers wanted to give their baying public justice for a housemate who has been so divisive. However they also have a duty of care to Perez's mental health and well being and they failed him. This was wrong and I am going to report Channel 5 and the CBB team because I don't think such bias to upset a housemate, any housemate, should happen ever again.

”

If it was anti Hopkins you would of loved it but when it's anti Perez then it's BULLYING and TERRIBLE and NOT FAIR. I think they should of got a doctor in there to see him.

What about the people in life who are being bullied? Perez is getting paid!

"I was being honest and letting her have her moment. I'm a big boy. I dish it. I can take it." - Perez Hilton on disrespecting Fergie and then falsely accusing Will.i.am of assaulting.

Doesn't seem the big boy now, once again playing the victim. No doubt the keyboard warrior will be back at full force very soon.

OFCOM has a very serious job to do. Write to Channel 5 and don't add to the already over-loaded in-tray of OFCOM. It isn't an all-purpose repository for every single viewer to rant about things. A place like this serves that need.

Totally agree. It's a waste of time, and costs taxpayers money to cover Ofcom's expenses. Some people need to get a grip of reality. Perez makes his money out of bullying celebrities on his blog and outing people who want to remain in the closet. He's happy to dish it out but cannot handle it when he's on the receiving end. That's the sign of a true bully.

I cannot stand Katie H. But I would not have relished if she'd been treated the way he was on the newsround, post interview and BOTS I'd have been disgusted. In the house is the house. Out of the house none of those people lived in there so they had no right to behave that way towards a person they only saw 45 mins every day. No one deserves it, by coming out of the house..ask the questions get the answers and move on.
