They signed a contract and got paid for a job. Just how others had to put up with Perez's opinions (bullying in some people's language) so he should listen to others (bullying in some peoples language). I don't think it was bullying at all. It was a strong opinion just you didn't like it

They had a task where outside presenter Eamon Holmes came in an interviewed the housemates who on previously on Bit on the Side has expressed his dislike of Perez. He was allowed to bring a guest who could ask questions. Some nobody I've never heard of called James Jordan. He then went on a rant at Perez. Outsiders going into the house have a lot of power and this was just a verbal onslaught with Holmes sitting back, being fat and enjoying it the housemates too. Then the same thing happened with Jim Davidson. Perez, was holding it but he was absolutely distraught. He seemed demolished. I would not be surprised if he did something silly in the next year.

Without a doubt the CBB producers would have spoken to their guests before so would have an idea of their opinions so why did they think it okay for one guest to be insulted this way. Without a doubt their are celebrities who would feel angry to other housemates.

Regardless of whether you love him or hate him, Perez is a human being. Much as I dislike Kate Hopkins I have the ability to understand that it is an edited programme and if I saw her in the street I would not insult her thinking it is my place to make her accountable for some perceived crime was committed on a TV programme.

This whole series has been great for Channel 5 because of the ratings but it is a series that has celebrated bullying. This was shameful and properly the CBB producers wanted to give their baying public justice for a housemate who has been so divisive. However they also have a duty of care to Perez's mental health and well being and they failed him. This was wrong and I am going to report Channel 5 and the CBB team because I don't think such bias to upset a housemate, any housemate, should happen ever again.

”

I just want Big Brother to go back to basics and no twists. voting private. No fun anymore. I hope if another series, lets have some fun and back to basics

How Perez is outside of the house is of no concern to BB and Ch.5. They have a duty of care to protect every single housemate in the house.

Unless you just misunderstand the definition of bullying he was indeed bullied, good to see Cami and Kav giving him a fair chance on tonights show though.

Might want to leave a footnote with Camis quote to slit his throat while you're at it.

Delusion. Convince yourself.”

Yeah and you sound like quite the chap, you're lower than Perez with that attitude.

Explain Why.
Your definition of bullying is wrong. Please stop throwing the word "bully" around.

Have you seen Perez on BBOTs tonight? He seems to be enjoying it. He also said on Loose Women today that he is flying home to America on Saturday and he is not giving any interviews - he was only on LW for Nadia then he is on BBOTs tonight. So either he does need the money for whatever reason or he is enjoying the notoriety. He also was fine on LW and the chair also pointed out at times his behaviour wasn't acceptable at times. Just to le you know Op - Perez has survived much worse including being thrown out of Paris Hiltons party after being hit by someone and also being hit by Will.I.Ams manager. I think he knows the score and just thrives on attention be it negative or positive. Am not meaning this in an unkind way just in an objective way

Yes, I think we should include all those that have made threats and not single just one person out. That's fair.

Do your self a favour and stop being argumentative, a simple google search will lead you to a wiki page to help if you don't understand what bullying is, while you're at it have a search for mobbing too and all will become clear.. Here's what will happen, first you will deny Perez has been bullied then infer that it's justified because he deserves it (which will in turn cancel out your first point about him not having been bullied in the first place).

I agree. His interview today on Loose Women was very intelligent and insightful. It completely changed my perceptions of the man. Without the baying mob he was calm and focused and able to answer all the questions. It will make a lot of people see (although probably not his hardened detractors) that he's actually a kind and genuine guy and with the extreme editing we never knew he had valid reasons for certain things that happened and his "mad/bad" behaviour.

Why do you think they asked Perez to take part in the show? Could possibly be that they know him for exactly what he is. As for a duty of care against what you call "bullying" he is a grown man believe it or not and not a child. He is the biggest bully going - inside and outside in the real world.

Agreed, but first people need to make up their mind on whether it was a threat for Katie Hopkins to say she would shove a rule book up Perez's behind, if so then sure Perez threatened Calum, however since there was no outrage at all and no reprimand for Katie Hopkins then surely Perez isn't guilty for what he said to Callum.

Well said, opening poster.
Sometimes the most obvious things are the most difficult to see.

Those turds all came in with prepared vitriol, probably prepared by BB, unawares as if they were a firing squad.
Disgusting.

I don't know the name of the fellow with the pig face who kept saying, vile, but I know that the comedian who won last year, the Chalkie fellow, was banned from television for being racist.

Well, that's the BB community. It will probably die now. (Probably Emma walked out in disgust.)

I hope they get put in jail or community service down the sewers.

They have given the viewing world and unforgettable image of Britain. Disgusting.

Oh, I don't think Perez meant he would really shove his hoohar where the sun doesn't shine. If you scroll back I initially quoted another poster who was condemning Perez alone. I was merely saying if that were the case then we should include the other housemates ie Katie H and then Cami.
