It's hard to tell from that tiny photo. Weight loss & hair dye don't count as surgical procedures.

Well I can't account for your eyesight but surely you can see how much larger he is in that pic? Google him 'fat' if you don't see it in that pic, and see how thinner he now is? And how the weightloss would have impacted on his face? And how he'd have had fillers and botox to make himself look/feel better to match the rest of him?

Actually no. It depends on age, genetics etc. Some people can recover from obesity very well.
