Yes this is a common ploy by BB so their winner wins. They block the other number or have it "engaged" for about 10-15 minutes just enough to give them the edge. It has happened before when I COMPLAINED they came back with technical problems.

I complained to the CEO of the company who just happens to own PEOPLES LOTTERY
STAR ON SUNDAY ,DAILY STAR, and three gossip magazines.

I don't ever, ever vote nowadays but I do recall there were technical problems ahem during the last Celeb BB - how convenient

I got engaged a couple of times voting for KP, but luckily IT DIDN'T MATTER!!! hahaha
