Seeing as 99% of the budget seems to go on the 'talent' now and we've had fewer tasks this series than ever before, with tacky props that could have been picked up from a car-boot sale or a fancy dress shop, should they be scrapped altogether, and just let the HM's go at each other in the bearpit?

One of the highlights of this year's show for me aside from the HMs was the recycling task. I can't remember any other tasks offhand. I couldn't care less about how much they spend on the tasks provided that they're entertaining. Keep them, I say.

Tasks? What tasks? They were too scared to even give them anything too tricky because they didn't dare give the overly pampered celebs basic rations for a week if they failed.
