I should think that for Hopkins, finishing second would be a major victory. Just before new year I thought she would be lynched if she appeared anywhere in public after her tweets about the ebola nurse and the Scottish people. I just hope that she can see that there is enough interest in her as a person so that she does not have to revert to shocking and nasty tweets to keep her in the spotlight.

As a KH fan, yes, it is disappointing that she lost. KP won, fair and square, but come the summer, people will have to be Googling to remind themselves who won the series. When you consider what Hopkins was up against in terms of the initial hatred/perception of her, KP’s enormous fan base and the ‘anyone but Hopkins’ vote in the final, she did very well indeed. She has done herself the power of good and it might actually work for her that she just fell short. KP looked embarrassed to have won and although it can never be taken away from her, the finale will be remembered as an anti-climax after such an explosive and addictive series.

I know however they just have not twigged that fact.

With respect, how do you know she's bitter about it ? I've seen a few comments like this on the forum this morning, with people claiming they know what KH was feeling or thinking. It's just conjecture on yours and their parts.

I doubt that. But I agree IF the winner was to match the crazy show that it was, then Price wouldn't have stood a chance. But neither would Hopkins. The only winner that would be fitting would be Perez.

A very very sore loser - couldn't even contain herself in her attempts to slag off Katie Price with Rylan - and then her body language during Pricey's interview spoke volumes. She could bearly look at her and looked so uncomfortable. She never applauded her or showed any class.

I honestly don't think she has done herself any favours this series. I thought her whole career was built on being nasty - but gave her some benefit of the doubt - that it was a career move and that in real life she may have some redeeming qualities. CBB showed that she actually hasn't and is more of a bully, bitch and mean person than I had even given her credit for.

She really hasn't changed public opinion of herself by conducting herself in such a childish way. Its no big deal to come second - even the Americans Heidi and Spencer managed that. She'll milk this experience by slagging contestants off for weeks and giving her opinion on them all over and over again. Perez will be her main victim - but it will always be known as Perez's series. All she'll do is dig her own grave further as people will tire of it and her one trick pony style.

yes good post... and I just said the other day that Hopkins will have to change her tactics,if they are tactics or everyone will tire of her contant taking down of others... she has to win all the time....Narcissistic personality...if you havent watched her with Peaches Geldof interview have a look on Youtube... its so good how Peaches owned the show... while Hopkins sat with her raised eybrow and silly stare hoping it would break Peaches... not on your nellie she held her own and more with this moronic woman..

Agree - but what made it even more rewarding was that she was beaten by a rich chav, with a fat kid that suffers from ADHD and has his taxi fare to school paid for by the tax payers. The winner is also uneducated, has plastic surgery and gives her kids hideous names.

All Hopkins pet hates in one and the British Public voted her into second place behind this person. Pricey's victory was a victory for all those who have felt belittled by this vile woman over the years.

Did you see all the acting she was displaying just before the winner was announced? She was trying to give off the impression she was expecting to lose, when really her desperation was so much that it propelled her hope beyond any sound logic That's why she immediately ran away and didn't have the good grace to hug or even congratulate the winner. Sore, sore loser.
