We only see the public persona of her. She has friends, the majority of the people in the house liked her so maybe she hasn't changed.

She is making a name for herself and earning a lot of money for saying outrageous things and is making people talk about her - she hasn't killed anyone and is laughing all the way to bank with people who claim to hate her but are so obsessed with her that they trawl the internet trying to find out all the dirt on her and are constantly slating her and making derogatory remarks about her appearance, her epilepsy (not on this thread but I have seen some vile comments about it on this forum) and yet take the moral high ground and slate her for doing exactly what they are doing themselves.

I fully support and endorse your view, and argue that very point in real life. It's just for me, in four weeks, I would have expected to see other facets of her personality to have come to the fore. I now think she is fame hungry whatever the cost, she's ruthless.

Would not surprise me in so many years time Katie H comes about health issues, or her background that makes her act like she does. Very telling when she got emotional when there was any sort of praise. Feel sorry for her really.

I don't think that anything KH says or does when in the public eye is genuine, it is an act ... she is deliberately playing a "pantomime villain" and she says exactly what she believes is going to get her the most attention and court the most controversy. She HAS to be this way to prolong her 15 minutes of fame because she had/has no skills or talents that would otherwise cause her to remain 'famous' after her stint on The Apprentice. She's a media-whore and I wouldn't even bother trying to analyse her from what she 'shows' because it's not real, she's just pretending and it's all for effect.
