Odd one (BT)
I not complaining or anything like that before anybody says anything
but have I slipped off BT's radar? Or will they find me eventually (I know they probably will end up finding me) Basically I left BT due to massive problems with their lovely customer service (and head office weren't much helpful either) So anyway. I switched from BT to talktalk 20th of Janurary last month and I was due a bill on the 25th (again last month) but a bill has never materialised and not only that I still getting my BT sport too. Genuine mistake on their part or am I just 1 jammy lucky sod? Just curious

sounds good, do you still have a line or did the engineer come along and switch it to talktalk?

Still got a line. Was just a switch (no engineers needed) I did check the automated customer BT line on 0800 800 150 and my balance is still zero

If you still have BT Sport is this on line or via BT or BTTV ?, I don't suppose they have overlooked this, is more likely it's just delayed and you will eventually get a final bill and your access to BT Sport will stop |

Engineer is needed, it's just the exchange they visit , so it's a frame tech that does the changeover rather that an external engineer that visits your home, I presume the switch did take place and you are now connected to TT and using the router they supplied, otherwise how do you know the changeover has taken place,

I do have the router and i'm connected to TT (Have been for 2 and a half weeks) Guess all the work was done at the exchange (I did have a fibre connection with them too but now my fibre is with TT) My BT Sport is on sky (my dad has it downstairs on his box too)
Not sure if you can have BT Sport via Sky without BT Broadband or not, if so you might eventually get billed for it. Or it might finally filter through the system and your viewing card gets updated to cancel it. |

I just going to enjoy the free ride while it lasts (when I did leave them apparently I was in a 1 year contract with BT for sport which kicked in last september/october) I was getting billed for £160 because I ended my phone/broadband with them. My billings usually came on the 25th/26th every month but BT have not caught on with me yet
