Got into a conversation with a friend regarding MNVO's showing up and being logged as the network or the MVNO. He seems to think they show up as the MNVO but I think it shows up as the originating Networks. A quick check in London on the former shows no MNVO's showing....

I don't have any spare Sims where I am, so anyone on Giffgaff, Tesco, Virgin etc care to share screen caps of the network that shows up on Rootmetrics or Ookla speed test for reference? And for the cheeky text to say I'm right in the morning

Rootmetrics doesn't show MVNOs. You will only see O2/Voda/Three/EE. Any MVNO using those networks will simply show the underlying network the phone is connected to.

I had a customer a while ago who was on Delight mobile.
It was the first time I'd heard of them and assumed he was with EE since that's what his phone said.
When he mentioned his provider I had to Google it as I thought he'd gone mad! Hahaha
