Eggs of any form, it's so bad that I can't even go in the kitchen after they've been cooked! The smell alone, bleh.

I can obviously eat them in cakes and stuff but that's about it.

Anchovies - uuurrrgh!

Polenta - I bought some once out of curiosity. It might be useful for filling holes in plaster, but it sure as hell isn't food.

Polenta is one of those foods that on its own its horrible, but when you add a lot of other ingredients to it, its pretty tasty

passion fruit
guava
noni
tahini
beetroot soup (though I like beetroot other ways)

My list used to be longer and include some of the strong flavours that have already come up frequently in this thread, like mushrooms and liver; as I've become older and my taste buds matured, foods that I once found unpalatable have now become edible, and in some cases moved into the actively liked category.

When thinking about presentation, English stews and hotpots look unappetising, though can often be full of deep flavours. I can't believe some people have a blanket dislike for curries, as two different curries can be as different in flavour profile as sugar is to salt so I find the disike challenging to understand.

I cannot stand anything that has mixed peel in it, Christmas Cake, Mince Pies Hot Cross Buns etc. I can smell it from 20 paces and it really makes me bork. I buy my Christmas cake from a local bakers that doesn't use peel.

Tuna - smells rancid and tastes worse. I'm assured by others that fresh tuna is nicer, but the canned stuff has put me off ever wanting to try it
Hummous - just horrible, horrible stuff, made me retch, can't understand why it's so popular
Mushrooms - asides from the flavour and the texture being nasty, I used to work in a chemists and sold stuff to get rid of fungus - why on earth would I want to eat it?!! There's only a small evolutionary step between a mushroom and thrush!

Baked Beans and Chocolate.

Everything else in my life that is has been put in front of me, although I may not like, I will eat, even if it's out of politeness.

But baked beans and chocolate; nope, no way, nada, not happening bro.

Epic wars with mum when I was a kid, that I wouldn't eat baked beans; there would be crying (me) moaning, cajoling, demands that I sit there until their eaten (mum) until she got the message that I would eat everything else but those bloody beans.

Hating chocolate she was much happier about. I would get a book or some crayons at Easter instead of an egg.
