tv makes picture move to fast

got a new tv but some shows look like they are in fast forward. the shows still last an hour or what ever and the lips are in sync with the sound its just like trees in the wind or people walking look like its going to fast.
Its a panasonic viera tx-40ax630b

It's called the Soap Opera Effect. (SOE). Google it.

Basically all the picture "improvement" settings are switched on and maxed out to such a degree that they over-process the picture. The result is this over-smoothed and unnatural motion. Try turning off those features such as dynamic contrast, motion processing, enhanced colour etc etc.
