EE: Could Ronnie Mitchell wake up with Amnesia?
How would you feel if Ronnie Mitchell wakes up with amnesia and is unable to remember her life after the baby swap? Or is unable to remember her life at all?

That would be a rubbish and really lazy storyline, hope they don't go down that route

If I'd had Ronnie's life I'd want amnesia too!

I think it would be good if Roxy and Charlie were talking about their kiss and Ronnie wakes up from her coma without them realising and overhears everything. She then pretends to be in a coma and wakes up, causing mixed emotions in Roxy and Charlie. They would be happy she is awake but are worried about their feelings for one another. Ronnie then pretends she doesn't know about their fling and decides to exact revenge on her sister and husband. This will bring essences of dark Ronnie, but not fully dark.

Dr. Marge hasn't actually mentioned memory loss, she has only said that Ronnie would need a lot of caring for. We'll just have to wait and see.

If she forgets her whole life then that would be silly but if she forgot about the past 4 years of her life then that would be better.

I'd love to see 2010 Ronnie's reaction to having a new husband and newborn son that's not the one she was about to give birth to.

I'd really like to see her made long term disabled. I think it would be really interesting to see. And let's face it, disabled characters in soaps are few and far between.

They'd probably put her in a wheelchair for a month. And by summer she'll be hotfooting it to EyeBeefa with her SISTAAAHHH

I'd really love a disabled character to be at the forefront of a soap though. And Sam Womack could definitely pull it off. |

Has amnesia been tackled by a British soap before?

It could be good. She doesn't know Charlie and thinks Vincent is still her boyfriend.

I thought they were going to do with this with Emma, but no i hope not
Anything with amensia feels very Dallas or Dynasty. American Soapy dramas pride themselves on a good amnesia storyline. Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives and Revenge all did it. |
