BT & TV Sports bids
Today BT with Sky have handed over to football club £5.1 BILLIONS POUNDS that's over £10 Million per match for three years.
![]() ![]() The news is good for football fans on BT TV has they can spend money to get Sky Sports along with BT Sports and get all games along as Sky does not move games to Sky Sports 3,4 or 5 channels. SO football clubs get a 70% pay rise when 99% of UK people get lucky with 1% pay rise ![]() This is third time TV companies have increased by 70% the money paid for these matches, I feel they are just as bad as the bankers and they bonuses etc. On the good side BT did not pay as much as BskyB and that may give money to spend on the need of the many that want other types of TV channels.... ![]() BT has spent very very large amount of money in the last few weeks in buying mobile phone company EE , Football and 4xHD boxes, so a head to head fight with SKY this Autumn ..... The main winner for this very large money for football is Virgin Media which has the full set of all sports channels in SD & HD from both BT & BskyB
