I felt sorry for Michael actually being paired with him, though he was responsible for one classic moment that week, in case you havent seen it yet, i'll spoiler it
Spoiler
Chatting to BB in the diaryroom midway through the task, BB asked him how he felt about his choice to be a guard and he was sooooooooo smug that he had made the right choice, and all the while the prisoners were enjoying their secret room lolol

I just loved the faces of Glyn and Pete when they discovered the secret room they were practically hysterical but couldn't make a sound it still makes me smile today

Also the prison wardens were under the impression that they were the lucky ones in this task when all along.....

I could prattle on forever about this task but it was just perfect, lasted more than a few hours and so much effort had been put into it unlike todays offerings.

I think he fooled a lot of people.

In my opinion he is such a fake HM - Playing up to the cameras from start to finish.

In retrospect you could be right and I have read other various theories supporting your claim too, but at the time I watched it I didn't care and I just enjoyed his buffoonery and he made me howl with laughter.

I suppose I believed more or less what I saw on BB in those days.....until I wised-up I think that is the reason why I don't want to re-watch BB7 as it was my all time favourite series and I just want to keep the happy memories

What are your least favourites? And what did you think of BB15?

Really liked nikki and I remember saying (when she was evicted) that she would get put back into the house somehow. Stupid decision by the public to evict her. But stupid decision to put her back on!

Liked ash, Richard, lea, George, Imogen and John. Have become friends with nikki and she was always my fave

BB8 I only watched on and of mainly due to Brian Belo he annoyed me for similar reasons that you dislike Glyn, maybe if he had been in an earlier series I wouldn’t have been so cynical about him.

BB11 I just found dull probably just me though.

BB14 started well but I couldn’t bare Gina or Dexter and have never understood the love for them on here, also Hazel was treated appallingly by BB.

BB15 has almost finished me off I found it a gloomy nasty humourless trial to be endured. I kept watching in the hope that the final week would see justice restored sadly it didn’t…..it got worse!

I know I'm in a minority here, but I found BB7 extremely overrated. Yes, Nikki was very entertaining, as was Grace. But it was way too repetitive, and way too long. It wasn't the only thirteen week series, but because it was the first, it really dragged. Plus it was the first series that had so many housemates - at times it was hard to really get to know some of the housemates. There were weeks, after Nikki left, where literally nothing seemed to happen.

I agree on the length, once we got to week 11 I was ready for it to be over. I felt the same about BB8-10 aswell, but maybe because BB7 was the first one with 13 weeks it was more apparent.

Exactly. They both loved it but after a day, Pete suddenly switched and came out with all this bollocks about not needing material things and wanting to run around outside. It was obviously a ploy to make the others look bad and when the others who'd stayed in prison, got their letters from home, Pete slinked off into the garden alone to milk viewers sympathy. I think it was before he started rambling on about spirals and stuff.

An entertaining series with some really memorable HMs, but also quite a few ones I really didn't like.

A bit?!! On UBB she said she thought Paul McKenna was the Second Coming

I've heard Nadia got a very favourable edit in BB5. In UBB we see a very different side to her (despite Coolio) so I can well believe it.

I liked BB8 better myself after the very slow and silly start, I guess I just preferred some of the housemates. There are some classic moments in 9

I liked him in the house, I'm really disappointed to read a lot of it was him playing up

I think because of th number of HMs, BB7 and subsequent series probably had to be 13 weeks, otherwise the end of the series would just have felt terribly rushed.

I think the producers will have been happy for her to win, but the 'favourable edit' excuse is a very easy excuse to fall back on. But there was 24/7 live feed so if she was really that bad it would have obviously come out. I mean a housemate can't even look at another housemate the wrong way without someone on the forum picking up on it. lol

That's good, as I think I was the first one to spoil Pete winning.
I didn't realize it was your first time watching it.

Was the twist where they put exHMs back in very unpopular?

Just a smidge.
There was huge controversy at the time and alot of people say they have never voted since.
It was a rare occasion where the complaints were actually upheld and Ch4 were forced to pay a fine of £50,000.

The producers deemed the twist a success though because it attracted alot of public votes and raised a considerable amount for charity.

Do you think it would still have been controversial if it had been vote to save all series?

Did anyone else enjoy the 3 or so weeks without Nikki in the house? I know some will say it become boring but when I did my full BB7 rewatch last year I found I didn't miss Nikki that much during those weeks at all and I actually thought we got to see more from other housemates such as Imogen.

The Prison Task as mentioned above also didn't have Nikki in it which I thought was a good thing as I think she'd have ruined it in many ways with her immature me me me attitude.
