I really believe this is the year of Alesha. And I smell America is coming her way.

I really can't see Alesha scoring another UK hit, let alone making a dent in the American market.

I think she's left it too long now.

Timed with the return of BGT, if it's a decent catchy song I see no reason why it wouldn't be a hit.

I always liked her music, and despite how dreadful her last album did, it wasn't that bad of an album.

I happily welcome a return from her. The Alesha Show was a fierce and fabulous album.

I just can't see radio playing Alesha anymore, hopefully I am wrong though.

I never felt that she was able to really come to the forefront as a solo artist.

I've always thought she was one of those who have it all as a performer but the quality of the music let her down. Although I absolutely loved 'knockdown' hope this comeback works out well for her tbh

So she's confirmed her new single is called the way we are which is a summer dance feel good song. The video was shot in Cyprus and she wants her fans to pick the ending of her video https://instagram.com/p/2OXzkqRavl/ She's realising this on the 21st June which I think is a but late! I don't get why doesn't realise it on the same night as the bgt final? She's confirmed to debuting the performance in he bgt lives shows which are at the end of May so she realise it after the performance I think but hey ho!

It seems good, I hope she does well with this! She deserves success. I think performing on BGT will be good for her. She's been getting good press and it's the highest rated show ATM!


Looking at her instgram she's been working with quite a lot of hot producers and writers such as a future cut! She co-writes all of her stuff which I think is good unlike the likes of people like Cheryl. I'm excited she's releasing something its been too long. She's performing on BGT which is a great promo but the release date is 21st June same week as Stereo Kicks, Nathan Sykes and Leona Lewis new singles are out! Alesha getting a Number 1 is unlikely anyway but I fear with those big releases Alesha will get lost in the charts.
