Portable Speaker For Phone (That Requires No Batteries)
Hi, I'm after a portable speaker for my mobile. All the ones I have found need batteries to run. Is it possible to get one that doesn't need batteries? I don't care about Bluetooth (as that requires power). In via 3.5mm jack is fine.
Thanks in advance. |

I am not sure such a thing exists. There is this one which uses a rechargeable battery

You won't get enough amplification without power using 3.5mm jack so would need a power source. You can buy speakers which take power from USB port. You would need USB to go cable as well. This will help drain phone battery.
Personally I would get a bluetooth one with rechargeable batteries as you can charge independent of phone. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00B...0vL&ref=plSrch |

While it is not what you are looking for, I love my minirigs.
They are great on their own and turn totally awesome when you have 2 and a sub. Not cheap but very versatile. Www.minirigs.co.uk |

These appears to be what you are looking for http://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-SBP1.../dp/B000FVZ2PM
But beware- the reviews are pretty poor to say the least... |

I've got one of these and use it with my iPhone quite a lot. Powered by rechargeable batteries and has the Aux in plug that you want, as well as being bluetooth enabled.

I have some of these , you can connect 2 to get stereo or just use on , either way much superior to a phone speaker
