Now on 3 - moving number
Hey
So I have my PAC. I've put the 3 sim in and have set up a call forward from my EE number. What happens if I don't cancel the forward before the number moves over. Will EE cancel it? Or would it try to forward it to itself? :s |

Let me explain again, its confusing me
So I'm moving my number to 3. I'm using the 3 sim now just so I can test the signal. If I was to not put my EE sim back in, when the number ports over to 3 would any non delivered messages come through? Does that make sense? |

Any texts to your old number once it's been ported over to Three will come through as normal to your phone. |

I don't believe they would because they'll have been delivered to EE to push to your phone. I don't think EE will then push the texts over to Three when the number transfers.

The texts will be waiting in EE's network to be pushed down to your phone. However of your number then transfers to Three i wouldn't have thought that they would be passed over to Three to deliver, they'll just remain in EE's system.

Just to add, this won't be an issue for long. Three should port the number the next working day after the form is received.

My number has moved over from EE to 3. However, in my Nexus 5 settings, the phone number is showing the 3 number i was using temp.
Can i force a SIM update to change this? |

Find someone with an iPhone and you can edit the number, it's not possible with most (any?) Android phones IIRC.
Is this a big deal? Or should i live with it? |
