All software says it is up to date and all connections are fine Anyone have have ideas? |

Yes, I had that as well. It was just the Internet channels. iPlayer, Netflix, TalkTalk Player etc. were all working as normal, as was the regular Internet on my computer. I tried everything, including rebooting both router and box and checking that all the cables were secure. Nothing made any difference.
Then, this afternoon and without any warning, the box suddenly rebooted itself in the middle of an oid Dr. Who on Netflix. The Internet channels are back. One thing I have noticed, however, is that they black out momentarily from time to time. It only lasts for a second or so, and then the program resumes as normal. This has been going on for several days now. It does not affect the On Demand material at all. |
