I'M MISSING THE RADIO PREMIERE AND (possibly) THE VIDEO PREMIERE ON MONDAY OH MY GOD I'M DYING. I'm gonna come back from NJ on Thursday and have like 200+ pages to catch up on. Even though I'm mad, I'm super excited it's finally happening! Maybe I'll find some time to come on!

And in regards to the music video, I think it looks amazing. It definitely looks like it tells a story with all the different type of people who are in it. I think the video is about all different types of people who are regularly discriminated and hated on, but continue to fight on and don't let their fire burn out. The song is all about overcoming adversities and rising above, and with a drag queen, a Muslim woman, an albino black man (who to me looks like the guy in Beyonce's 'Pretty Hurts' music video who is a famous choreographer), and so on. This could be her best music video yet!

I do have to say though, at first glance, I expected a little more from the video. Don't get me wrong it looks like it has an amazing concept, but I expected... well, more. Maybe a bit more glam or nice sceneries and not just a 'simple' studio.

Although on the other hand, I quite like that it looks this simplistic and pure. Guess I'll wait 'till I see the full thing and then I'll judge (I'm sure I'm gonna love it and I'm gonna be hooked!)

It seems very adult contemporary if that makes sense. It does seem like a Jessie Ware/Adele/One Republic type meaningful video - which is a video i've always wanted from Leona since Happy!

That's definitely the type of feel I was getting from it too! I definitely think Island & Leona want to make a statement with FUMF, and this video looks like it could do just that! I thinks it's going to be very empowering.

Lol, the media are really gonna keep jumping on this bandwagon of Leona attacking Simon personally and not the Syco team.

I believe that FUMF has enough quality to do well in the charts and sell strongly, but wouldn't it be surreal if the publicity over this Simon Cowell stuff helped it to sell even more?

I don't think the song requires that specific publicity, as normal means of promo would be fine but I'll be surprised if the song escapes those media outlets who love to stir things, and possibly influence some parts of the public who are anti-Simon/Syco.

Then again, I've seen reviews from journo's etc. who say the song can easily be interpreted in many ways, like going through a break-up etc. But either way the song is catchy and I'm sure Island will help to promote it well.

Love the video concept from the short snippet! I love that this isn't just a love song, to me it's about your aspirations and non-romantic relationships (professional, friendships, yourself etc). Looks like the video shows people with really unique styles (not afraid to be who they want to be), people breaking stereotypes (boy doing ballet), people being empowered and just generally winning at life! (the boxer!), and of course Leona, who fits in with this concept perfectly, finally making the music she's always wanted to make!

Cannot wait to see the full thing!!!

The FUMF snippet on Facebook has 63,000+ In 4 hours. Though admittedly Leona has more international fans.

Really hope the single premieres soon on US radio as well.
