I'm quite happy with Three. Okay the 4g isn't the best but the 3g is fairly solid.
Can't see myself moving, particularly as I have holidays planned in France, Hong Kong and Australia; all of which I'll be able to use my phone as normal in (had a look at ee/vodafone for Hong Kong and damn they're expensive) |

Thanks for the thoughts. I am wondering if Three is holding off cancelling any more ONE plans - not heard much about users being called up this month.

Three are both losing and gaining customers very fast. That's why they call themselves the UK's fastest growing network. But what they dont tell you is that they are also the UK's fastest shrinking network. I know this because a Vodafone marketing manager told me.

Despite 03 numbers being free to call... I've been charged £7 + this month. I'm told by 3 this is occurring more and more...
So check your bills peeps.. & whack a complaint in if you find anything... ![]() ----- There used to be good 3G capacity round here & despite only getting 2 bars, or 3 on a good day you could still use the net without issue... It's just pants now 0.5mb at best The customer service used to be great when I first joined years ago but just lately I've found myself complaining more & more. For example. A few months ago I was struggling for cash & I asked for a price to end the contract. Turns out It was only a few pounds more to let the contract run its term. Instead they suggested they cap it, and I agreed.. So the last few months there shouldn't have been any extras... But as you can see above .., there has been... I'm going after them for this as well as the 03 call charges.. And while I'm whinging... Current Contract (with discount) is £28, 600 minutes, unlimited texts & unlimited data.. To upgrade (with discount) to a iPhone 5S it's £30 for 600 minutes, unlimited texts but only 2gig data.. It's all combining to make me jack them in & look elsewhere |
