Go for LG.

LG is my favourite. With a smart tv, you can attach a hard drive via USB to record television to.

My choice would be Panasonic, Samsung, LG.

Panasonic's reliability is still ahead of Samsung and LG.

Smart is a bit of a misnomer, in that you're inhibited by the Apps the manufacturer chooses to support - if Smart's that much of an issue, don't forget a Chromecast is only £20, so don't let the Smart element be the deciding factor.

Why not get LG 32LB650V?

LG would be last on my list. Sorry to the LG fans, but I don't trust the company or its products.
