On 19th February 2015, 30 years to the day that EastEnders first broadcast on BBC 1, I have decided to make a comeback...

This is just a trial run at first, but I am more busy than before.

EastEnders - Wednesday 8th April 2015
Ian is very shocked to see his mum, Kathy again, after he thought she died in a car accident 9 years ago. He invites her in, and Ian asks her to explain everything what happened. Kathy reveals her husband, Gavin got involved with some dodgy deals, and someone who was high up in South Africa advised them to fake their death to get themselves out of everything. That person agreed to say the dodgy dealers cut the brakes of their car to imprison the gang. She then tells her son Ian, that her and Gavin fled to Miami, before moving back to London in October 2013 under new identities. Ian is then told their marriage didn't work out anymore, and they got a divorce in January 2015. Kathy reveals she's wanted to come home after she heard the news of Lucy dying, but wasn't able to as Gavin domestically abused her...

Kathy and Ian come to terms with her recent revelation, whilst it's Ian's time to confess to a few things, including the real truth over Lucy's murder. Phil enlists Grant's help to win the Arches back from Max, who is still trying to overcome the shock of Jim's passing. Peggy offers to help Mick and Linda behind the bar of the Queen Vic whilst the rest of the Carters are at Stan's deathbed. Bobby, Jane and Cindy share a close heart to heart, with the conclusion that everything will be alright from now own, whilst Jane is surprised to see a very much alive Kathy in her home. Kathy then meets Grant in the evening whilst the other Mitchells are at the Vic, and share a passionate kiss... Is it just a one time thing, or more than that?

Tbh this is just not good. Too forced. Grant and Kathy is stupid. You need more detailed episodes at a slower pace.

A two hander is a good idea but I expected Ian to be more shocked.

It has potential but it's a little rushed I agree. I think the episodes need more detail. Criticsm is good so don't give up.
