Merging threads ruins all of them...

They become impossible to follow.

Please mods, some restraint. Accept that it's a big night for soaps and people want to have their say. It will calm down again.

I can't keep up as they are moving too fast with far too many people creating new ones...

No it doesnt, it has to be done, some people think their opinion is worth a new thread, it isnt, all threads about the same subject have to be merged or it would crash the forum.

Sorry but the fms are to blame. Too many similar threads means less discussion

If people would just stick to one thread instead of starting a new one about the same thing we wouldn't have a problem.

I posted on a thread wholly wanting to discuss the construction and let down of the flashback, talking about how it would have been better if it wasnt so 'bits and piecey' and that thread has somehow been merged with the massive ''who killed lucy'' thread

nothng about suspects was ever going to come of it

Indeed. The mods are severely lacking in judgement on this.

big brother generates more discussion than this on an average episode and it doesn't crash the forum

This. The egotism on this board is ridiculous.
