In the park, she was looking up at them .. So she didn't know it was bobby then ?

Hopefully this will be answered as to who she thought it was,and it was Jane she spoke to.

It was obviously Jane [and after her adopted child being revealed as the killer, there's nowhere else the dots can go]. I'm sure she'll confide in Ian the Emma meeting tomorrow.

I thought Emma met 'a representative' of the killer, not the killer himself?

Almost sure it was Jane. The 'but it's still murder' line fits in perfectly with a Jane meet. You can just imagine Jane trying to excuse Bobby with Emma with the usual, he's just a kid, he didn't mean it etc.

Yeah that part fits but after that meeting was when Emma said to Max ' It wasn't there....You know'. Presumably Max helped Jane move the body or saw her do it- what doesn't add up yet though is that Max thought Abi did it so why would Jane move the body? And Jane knew Bobby did it so why would Max be so eager to help, if he did? And have Max and Jane shared this secret all along?
