i want to ask ,what is the pros & cons of earning money from your own videos on youtube. i have around 40 videos on youtube at the moment ,but none of them gain any finance from them but i am getting this thing from youtube offering this opotunatey so any advice on this please?

How many views do your videos get?

From searching it seems like $2 for 1000 views.

at the moment i have only got 20views on anyone video. not sure if that is any where near enough to earn money?
