This is the reason I gave my Linx 10 to my brother today. He only wants it to run the internet occasionally, emails, store stuff etc. I used it to play music all day, and
doing this while it was constantly on charge meant it would run out of battery after 4 hours.
The Linx 10 seems to have charging issues which come into question regularly. Doing any kind of regular processor intensive work means it uses more power than it can accept, meaning eventually it runs out of power
even if it is constantly charging.
Even more irritating is that it wont start again until there is sufficient charge, meaning at times there is a half hour wait until it will boot up again. With me I got so irritated with it I very nearly put a hammer through it.
I bought a second hand Samsung netbook to replace it. Slower, granted, but at least it works when you plug it in.
