Everyone here at DS. Why are we so good at uncovering DTC's wicked shocks and horrors?

- Ryan's return
- Nick dying in the same place Reg Cox died
- Jane covering for or protecting Bobby after he killed Lucy
- Kathy's not actually dead

Is DTC that predictable?

I noticed that. When Kathy turned up I wasn't even shocked because I'd read it on here. While the rest of the nation were

It makes me want to stop coming on here but there's always one person who comes up with a theory and I'm like, "damn, that's going to happen now".

This forum predicts everything in the hope that some of it happens. There's plenty being predicted that hasn't happened.

I agree. I think these forums have ruined half the stuff for me because someone has guessed almost all of It!

Oh God YES, being a member of DS and constantly looking at the soap forum is both a blessing and a curse I didn't see the Bobby one coming at all though (I was VERY suspicious of Jane though and when the killer was seemingly revealed to be her I half thought she may have covered for Cindy..never Bobby! That was a proper OMG WTH moment for me!), I thought people who said it on here were crazy

But yes - I was half expecting Kathy to get out of the car because of how convinced so many people were on here. But I was also ready to come on here and say that it was a pity that a whole thread had amounted to nothing as I never thought EE would go there, just as I thought they'd never make Bobby Lucy's killer I wish I'd been born/old enough to watch when Kathy was around and in her prime.

Seems like she was a great character. I remember first hearing about her when Ben found out she'd "died" in a car accident. Looks like I'll have to read up on her and find out why she was so loved!

I watch HO too (EE is my favourite soap by a mile though) and I know the actress as Sandy Roscoe so it'll take me a while to get my head around her as Kathy and not Sandy!

No. He isn't predictable!

He shocks the majority of the audience, but we're all just too good at uncovering stuff, I suppose!.

Well, this forum overthinks everything. From the moment the tiniest spoiler is released, or the smallest hint is shown on screen, multiple threads are created discussing every possible outcome, so of course occasionally someone going to guess what happens, but there's still more wrong guesses than correct ones imo. A lot of the time people are just hyping up insignificant things and getting mad when it doesn't live up to their own inflated expectations.

Also, I think it could be because DTC is a massive fan of the show and its history, therefore he thinks like one, so would be on the same wavelength as many on here.

Because the Enders team aren't half as clever as they think they are and hype everything to the max in the hope it pays off...and it does (mostly).
