For total cool-ness I would have one of these.
I had the 3G model (I think) which was thicker but the 2G only model was super slim and pretty cool.
Gorgeous phone to use.... crap software / usability!

Oh wait....
Just looked it up and the V3 2G model was in fact 13.9mm thick.
3G model was 15mm
My iPhone 6 is 8mm which sort of makes the V3 a bit large by today's standards.
Still a cool handset though!

The call quality on those was amazing as well. But they are a bit bigger than the 3210- probably won't fit in the average pocket.
The 6310 is a little taller, but thinner and narrower, it was significantly lighter as well..

6310
Dimensions 129 × 47 × 21 mm
Weight 111g

3210
Dimensions 124 x 50.5 x 22.5 mm
Weight 151g

I only very recently got a smartphone, and found Doro phones to be a great modern eqivalent of a 3210-like phone. No extras, just called and did texts, mega long battery life. The lower end models can be picked up brand new cheaply.

One thing to note is that I always thought the network I was with was poor, I frequently had poor coverage at a lot of people's houses. Since I've gotten a 3G phone, coverage is pretty good. I read that 2G service is now mostly emulated on 3G hardware, and is a poorer than it used to be with dedicated 2G hardware - could be a load of cobblers mind.

I read if you draw a picture of a mast on the SIM card it makes the signal stronger - could be a load of cobblers mind .
