Wow.. 102 views and not one single person has any comment on this?

On a forum I presume is read by genuine animal lovers I am surprised the appalling treatment of this poor dog has not incensed someone to comment on it.

The dog needs to be rescued from this vile creature, if he can't control his anger towards the dog out in the street I dread to think what the poor thing has to endure behind closed doors.

My lord how inhumane some people can be, I don't live in the area so don't know him but hope someone catches him soon and takes that dog away for it's own safety.

BTW I almost didn't click because you title didn't seem to invite but a few DBers who live in the area to comment.
