For those who can't afford surgery, or non surgical treatments, what are the best methods of dealing with double chins, saggy jowls and Turkey neck?
No suggestions like clothes pegs, elastic bands etc !
Has anyone used those neck toner gadgets, that stimulate muscles?
I wouldn't have faith in the facial exercises some swear by.

I'll echo you Tellystar - the same is happening here! Don't think there's too much we can do apart from - I'm not doing that! Scarves seem to emphasise my neck!

Apparently radio frequency wave treatment works well, as does laser liposuction, but they are expensive, I' m afraid

I daren't go there telly - I really hate the neck/throat thing more than the menopause! We had some furniture delivered before Xmas ( my hubby of 33 yrs is Turkish) and a Turkish company, young men delivered it - while making them coffee they asked my age - 56, one said he thought so by my neck & face! I know Turks in my hubby's friends & family say it as it is but these guys! Diplomatic? No! I know it's the truth but I don't think any cream will help except moisturise.

Raise your chin and push your tongue hard down on the bottom of your mouth under you tongue a few times a day..you can feel underneath tightening..but jowls and double chins are genetic too.. Ive noticed more my chest area getting wrinkly., maybe sun damage too..

I changed my skincare from Boots #7 cleanser & toner, Simple moisturiser (day) and Nivea Q-10 night cream to Monsia Skincare which contains shea butter which my skin likes. It is absorbed but leaves no greasy residue. I have made my own body butter which incorporates lanoline, shea butter, castor bean oil and jojoba oil. It is great for hands, feet and body but I also put it on my neck and I know it has certainly helped my hands and feet. My arms have lost the "crepey" look.
