Ive got a JVC smart TV and need to know where i can get either a wired keyboard for it or a wireless one as i want to use it as a back up for my laptop when I want to use the internet

Does it have a USB socket on it? If so try any bog standard PC USB keyboard. A wireless one may be more of a problem. Unlike a computer you can't load specific drivers onto a TV so it may be very limited in what kind of wireless keyboard it is compatible with.

Mind you you will soon be chucking the keyboard at the TV in sheer frustration at just how crap it is as a web browser. I would sooner surf the web on my Smartphone than my TV, that is how pi55 poor the experience is!
