Hi,

I have been trying to watch the latest UHD amazon series "bosch" on my Sony 4k TV using the Amazon instant app on the TV and it just won't load. Older UHD content still works as it should but it seems the latest UHD content has an issue.

Am i alone in this? Has anyone else experienced any issues with UHD "bosch" in particular?

I've been getting the same message for a couple of weeks now. Even stuff like Man in The High Castle which worked before, now doesn't.

I spoke to them last week and they said they'll sort it!!

I also emailed Amazon and was told there was no known issues.

Just a waiting game i guess.

I've had similar issues on a Samsung UHD TV , certain titles won't load.

I have had the same sort of problems on my Samsung UHD tv I have to say it is pretty poor of Amazon to let this go on for so long whilst they are aware of the situation.

Have you tried Netflix for 4K content?

Few more UHD titles now working on Amazon.
