Gaga favorited Madonna's tweet about " I have a plan" (taken from an interview where Madonna was asked about Gaga)

and apparently there's a surprise act tonight, Ed Sheeran also confirmed this.

Well she uploaded a pic of her on instagram in a car about an hour ago, so who knows

kanye west is the surprise act. albeit a confirmed surprise act. unless its rihanna with him aswell. as she seemed to be confirmed last week but this week their is no mention of her

Well, I do know that Rihanna has had to pull out at short notice and is being replaced by Kanye West.

I didn't there was even talk of a surprise artist turning up. I'll be watching anyway. This will be very interesting.
