If I buy an album from play, is it tied to my phone or can I transfer the music over to my other devices freely ?

You can have it on as many devices as you like, either by installing Play Music on them all, or downloading the tracks as MP3s from the Play Music website and transferring them manually.

Ok I have a major annoyance with my bought album from play. When I play the songs in my car via bluetooth they are titled things like 129.mp3. However I can't edit the tags I presume some kind of protection.
