No, unfortunately no official Star Sports for UK you have to bypass geographic restriction. Yes is a great online broadcaster of almost all kinds of sports and special events, is really the cheapest of official english broadcaster services I've seen, all CWC 2015 is for only £1.5, full season of premier league with all matches live and replay for only £8 , I bought one and all matches was broadcasted with an amazing HD quality.
